There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.
There is a roofed, open porch with a hammock.
The kitchen comes furnished with:
refrigerator/freezer
4 burner gas range and oven
microwave oven
toaster
coffee maker
blender
as well as: plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.
Bed linens and towels are furnished, and there is a washing machine.
There is a telephone with an ADSL line, modem, and WiFi router providing internet access
at nominal 3072/768 kBs speeds (good for SKYPE).
Utilities costs: (responsibility of long-term renters)
Telephone/Internet: Phone plus ADSL modem w/ ethernet(CAT5) cable & WiFi; unlimited internet access at nominally 3072/768 Kbs (fast enough for SKYPE calls).
Monthly cost: about $35
Electricity: 110v 60cycle U.S. style 2/3 prong outlets; demand hot water heater; compact fluorescent light bulbs
